Destiny Rogers is a diamond in the rough of music nowadays with the combination of catchy beats and meaningful lyrics. With her debut EP being released March 22, Rogers has already made quite a name for herself. Knowing she wanted to pursue music growing up, she tried to make herself known in Los Angeles. She was finally signed to Beach Wave sound in 2018 and released her first single "Tomboy," February 2019. The lyrics of this song goes into depth of how she's not sticking to stereotypes of a female artist in the music industry, but rather being her own, skater girl self. She's not afraid to be herself and won't change her image for labels, which is amazing that a 19 year old has already figured that out.
