For my whole life, I've always tried to beat my dad at finding artists and bands. And every single time he likes one of mine I have a mini victory that I received the golden approval. And I know for sure that if my Paolo Nutini albums randomly disappeared, they'd be tucked away in my dad's man cave, purposefully in the wrong section so I would never be able to find them again. 

One thing I noticed straight away after discovering Nutini is that he's not afraid to spice it up and create an eccentric blend of soul and zest. Each and every one of his albums has something little different than the previous one, but to the point where fans are still comfortable with change. Some artists change their music and it's completely different and fans never really get used to it, but Nutini uses a lively mix of jazz, singer/songwriter, and island music to draw in more fans.
